Why Gaura was founded
The Gaura Techworks was founded by Rajasekhar Ramalingam, a technology leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise software platforms across global organizations.
Having led long-lived systems in regulated and high-impact domains — including healthcare and enterprise commercial platforms — Rajasekhar saw first-hand how technology decisions affect revenue, compliance, operations, and safety.
Gaura was created to bring senior, experience-driven judgment to teams that need more than short-term delivery — organizations looking to build technology they can rely on for the long term.
